Bro i recently bought rx 580 8gb paired with i5 4590
But im not getting good performance
I dont know why but games like Minecraft and gta 5 is having micro stutters
I know that my cpu is a bottleneck but when i saw some videos on YouTube gta 5 and Minecraft were running good on their systems
Or its my monitor
I use tv as monitor
Maybe hdmi is bottleneck idk
Help please!
