Scaling is a bit weird with how strong the Astros are in ep77.
Astro Detainer was defeated by G-Man and G-Man will struggle a lot in a 1v1 against Titan TV Man. Yet TTV-Man nearly got killed by the Astro Destructor and had to put in effort to defeat the other Astros.
Only explanation is that the either Astro Detainer is relative to the Astro Destructor or G-Man is just better suited at fighting Astros.

Strenght to detainer since he can detain g-toilets head with low difficulty while utcm himself struggles to hold back a fake decoys head, and we even see him easily escaping his grip as well despite utcm using 2 hands, even a base detainer could hold him down in episode 60.
