Показать описание
Azure IoT Edge allows Windows and Linux devices to be deployed in remote locations with sporadic connectivity allowing for localized data capture and processing of events from sensors and control networks. When it comes to the plant floor there are numerous complexities involved in connecting to physical devices whether a CNC controller, programmable logic control (PLC) or sensor networks such as ModBus or DeviceNet. This complexity introduces challenges when it comes to integrating these devices with cloud services to extend additional insight and provide business value to our customers.

What is this session about:
This session will walk through the Industrial IoT capabilities of IoT Edge that makes it easier for controls and process engineers to integrate their plant floor devices with IoT Edge and be centrally managed by Azure IoT services.
