i' pleased to hear that they ask their devs how long THEY think it will take even if something similar was done already instead of assuming it will be x hours. their working methods seems so much better than in some other companies !

Due to the constantly evolving tech and processes of the cg and games development world, especially in the 3d art, bringing in newer, less experienced team members can actually be preferable for the fresh perspective. Good on you guys and gals at CIG for giving some newer people a chance, finding work early in your career can be brutal.

Big fan of Ohanian. She always comes across as intelligent, articulate, and fairly well concise. None of the filler words some of the other team members lean on. ("Uh" being a popular one among some folks.)

...Also, yes, she is quite attractive. Try to avoid forming biases from such things, but alas, am human.

I think Star Citizen needs an AWAC equivalent ship called the "Ohanian", because it's sleek, smooth,  and orchestrates the theatre of operations.

If anyone has seen the show "Halt and Catch Fire", some of these answers made me realize CIG really reminds me of the fictional game company Mutiny from that show. And only in a good way.

In regards to touch screens there are already touch device 3rd party applications that allow the desired functionality. I personally use ROCCAT Power-Grid to manage in flight power management. You could very easily customize an interface for every position. CIG could create custom grids as part of an endorsement or as a paid package expansion. But my suggestion is to put less work on them and use what is already available where possible.
