First of all dear canada KIDNAPPING is a CRIME in our world.

we the people of the world DON't give permission to USA to allow their communal LAWs to be applied OUTSIDE USA.
US law cannot be applied to a Chinese Citizen because US law should be limited to USA only.
USA dont govern our World so the US law cannot be LEGAl to citizens of others Countries.
We dont care the US sanction because , the Sanction should be Limited to TRADE and POLICY or RESTRICTIONS of transfer of TECHNOLOGY and NOT BUYING and SELLING of GOODs,
BUT the US Law if applied to a citizens of another country then there is NO Meaning of HAVING an Independent NATIONS of states in the UN(United Nations).

And CANADA dont be a PUPPET of USA in the KIDNAPING case.
