Clean Bandit is a British electronic group founded in Cambridge, England in 2009. The group consists of Jack Patterson, Luke Patterson, Grace Chatto, Milan Neil Amin-Smith. Their 2013 single "Mozart's House", released on Black Butter Records, reached number 17 on the UK Singles Chart. In January 2014, they scored their first UK Singles Chart-topping single with "Rather Be", featuring elements of classical music along with a dance music beat. "Rather Be" remained at the top of the chart for four weeks. In 2014, they achieved their first US Top 20 single with Rather Be peaking at number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.

I love this song and this performance! I'm sorry that Florence wasn't with the group when I saw them at The Cat's Cradle with my wonderful friend. If I remember correctly...tickets were $17....and I stood right at the front for the entire concert and was soaking wet at the end of it. And, we met a celebrity at dinner...Mary Huff with Southern Comfort on the Skids. She was so friendly. And, I had my first Mint Julep. Then, on the way home, stopped in Charleston for the first time ever and had some delicious she crab soup. Unfortunately it was the day after that shooting at the Emanuel AME church. I feel guilty for having such good memories when it was such a tragedy for others.
