If I sell this, I will have 2 salty version:

1) Fliped roti dough
2) Beaten eggs mixed with chopped red onion
3) Pour egg mixture on roti
4) Add cooked prawns
5) Fold sides over egg mixture and prawns
6) Fry roti until fragrant
7) Transfer to cutting board and cut roti into smaller pieces
8)Drizzle Tom Yum sauce and chilli sauce over roti and serve.

Another version is to replaced cooked prawns with cook chicken breast meat and drizzle with Thai Green Curry sauce and Chilli sauce.

A 3rd version will be pure egg roti and serve with durian pulp on each small piece of cut roti
