Good reminder about the dogs . Rabies is fairly common in the Philippines with over 10, 000 dogs infected each year. It costs about $375 USD for the post-bite vaccinations (5 shots) . But as the disease has a 100% fatality rate, It's better to be safe than sorry.

Years ago I had a similar issue with USAA while in Cebu. Turns out while talking with Customer Support I commented on the Girls accent and it turned out she was in Cebu at a call center....do it didn't take much to get the issue resolved.

I have about 10 times freelancer experience in AC and 3 is bad, first is a freelancer stole my money (US$400) while I in bathed, , another is a freelancer ask ₱1000 for full service on street, , after done, she say she was tell me ₱3000... The last is two freelancer girl tell me they are real sister will service me together, , after light-off I found they are brother 😱

In the old Clark AB days the doctor would come to the bars weekly and check the girls on Wednesdays. Moon Doggies Bar on perimeter road had a strict policy about that. Miss 1 week can't work for a week, Miss 2 weeks in a row and your fired.
