I got locked out of my I phone it wouldn’t except my pin the only other option was too reset, so I did, when the options came to transfer. My photos and apps from I cloud, google, or android, I hit don’t transfer, I don’t know why I did but I did, is there a way to recover my photos from doing a backup on my phone or is it a lost cause

i got a new ipad cus i reset my ipad and it would keep turning on and the apple logo would appear. it wouldn’t go away. it won’t turn back on. it reboots and then turns black. and then the apple logo turns on and turns off. it never turns back on completely and i can’t use it. so i got a new ipad and the storage didn’t back up on my previous device cus i didn’t have storage but now on my new ipad it didn’t load all the way with the stuff i had it only saved to the previous back up i did … like i don’t have my photos or anything because i didn’t back it up to put it on a new device… how do i fix?

Question for you. If you had them as live apple photos and they were then downloaded to your iPhone, will they still be Live Photos or still?
