Doesn't really crisp. Best way is to toast the bread lightly in a toaster oven or toaster, butter the outside of the bread, . While you're doing this, preheat the Reheatza for 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave's wattage, then add cheese and cook in the microwave for a minute on the Reheatza. Probably keep on adding cooking at 20 seconds at a time until your next meal. In other words, this appliance takes too long and is too much trouble. They should rename this to Reheatza Crisper- Not. Hey, then you have to wait an hour until it cools to wipe the pan. The chef and his assistant in the video are oozy gooey paid sales people on happy pills.
