2013 Girls on the Run Video

I ran today with my 14 year old daughter. This is a great way to spend time with my daughter and I feel good being there to support her and her girls on the run group!

My daughter and I ran last May, my daughter was almost quitting almost at the end of the race so I waited for her and told her that we will finish the line together even if we have to walk so did we, as soon as she saw the mile 3 mark she got excited and started running again..when we were ready to go back home she said to me:"Mommy thank you for not letting me quit, now i feel accomplished and that if i keep working hard i can accomplish anything i want"..and that was my intent.thank you GOTR!
