Using VPython to model the damped harmonic oscillator

In this lecture, I model a horizontal spring system in VPython in three ways: without friction, with viscous friction, and with sliding friction.
I discuss a common coding pitfall, the size of the time step. I also interpret the physics of our model and the resulting energy graphs.
