You can really tell how genuine she is and how she put her heart into this album. Her music legit made me cry and I bet it touched so many others as well.

Edit: Really worried about how she's been since Mac's passing. I really hope everything is okay.

She has such a big heart. People don't give her enough credit for how much she helps people, they completely sleep on her amazing personality. This is the real, raw Ariana Grande. Don't listen to the rumors, try to watch interviews and understand how she really is, please. We love you Ariana, stay strong!

Wow... I've never been a "fan" of Ariana Grande's music, but this interview completely changed my mind on her. I already admired her for her voice and her onstage (and offstage) talent, but she has proven countless times, even before the Manchester tragedy, that she's a genuine, kindhearted and incredibly gifted artist whom, as can be seen here, truly cares about her fans and people in general, is amazingly strong, and is able to raise, whilst in tears(!) awareness about the overlooked issues of mental health.

Long may she live, and I hope this will be seen by many, many others. :)

"I feel like the lyrics can be kind of corny when I talk about wanting to hug you and stuff but... I really do." This made me tear up 😭❤️

This is the first incident when she has cried publicly, god bless her, she is trying to be less private for her fans and the world. I also love this interview because this makes me feel that she is talking to a friend or family member, she is talking more and more expressively, and that is better than suppressing feelings and thoughts

She’s powerful and amazing. I respect her. In the aftermath of Mac Miller’s death. Please do not come here and blame her for that. She has every right to leave a toxic situation. I was the biggest Mac fan. He helped define and change a generation. This girl has to grieve someone she loved and she should NOT deal with y’all trying to blame her. I respect her heart.

I was misty eyed.  She said 'sorry' five times during this short video.  She knows it is understood by everyone that she is allowed to lose composure, given what had happened.  It is survivors' guilt and she is apologising to the dead.

It breaks my heart to hear her apologize over and over. She is one of the most amazing, strong, kind, beautiful, and caring person on this planet. Her music is one of the most powerful lyrics and they bring out emotions we can feel and all relate too. I am so happy of how far she come and the challenges she has overcame. Ariana Grande is one of the best artists in our life time. 💕💕💕💕💕

I really resonate with the things she said. She said some real truths. Mental health should be treated just the same way as physical health. And going to therapy is okay. Its better to talk things out then to leave them inside.
