I attained my last New year's resolution a decade or so ago, which was to not make New year's resolutions. Doing your best you is an everyday task, not something you should only think about at the turn of the year.

As someone who is in the military and goes to the gym every day. I notice people that go to the gym for a week then never come back.

Consistency is key, and when you set yourself to something do it. Don’t sell yourself short Kings, you guys can do anything.
