I’m assuming it’s because an awd model would be more expensive to manufacture and it would make the cars a lot heavier and even less fuel efficient than they already are.

The challenger is a sports car. They make the 6.1 Liter for seasoned vets for police departments but only awd chargers are sold to departments. Civilians can't purchase AWD chargers from dealers, only auctions. 5.7 chargers for cops are only available to high end departments and state troopers.

The reason they dont is because they allready did, they only made them with the V6s because they dont want you to just mash the pedal and go, its called throttle control and if you own a hellcat you should learn how to do it so you not only save tires but so you also dont look like a idiot when you get gapped by a 400hp mustang that actually understands throttle control

Because it’s a hellcat it’s got to be able to do big ass burnouts, it’s not a track monster like a gtr it’s a brutal muscle car and those are always rwd v8’s

Ya i took my dads redeye to the track . And it was dog crap off the line . And felt like it was gonna grenade the driveline trying to keep traction. It would just slam it in then cut power then smash it in again . And trying to disable all the traction controls was beyond me .
