Interesting, I have PTSD so anxiety attacks throughout the day, I am working on a mix of plants to make a Tincture as a sedative. I have already decided to use Valerian & Wild Lettuce together in same Tincture I may now add Mugwort to te tincture. Thanks, love the gentle Irish accent btw. 🌻🌎✌🏽

This is such a peaceful video to watch and listen to..I will be trying this soon, and want to plant seeds so I can have my own plants flowing with the wind like yours..I'm happy to here that this could help with anxiety and depression..to help with depression can I smoke a little in the morning or is this just for the evening?

😂🤣😂 its Witches Brew! Lol but one small leaf in your morning coffee will calm the nerves. It is a good nerve tonic by day. But by night it is halucinegenic. Even the smell of it for a few minutes will set you off for a vivid dreamy night with a very different ambiance

I live in central Vermont and this came as part of a wildflower seed packet. It Is Invasive! I live on a large property and this Completely took over an acre of land+++ After trying Everything I could including pulling it out by hand (yes! my son and I did that but the stinker returned!) in order to control it I had to lay black plastic and then cover that with mulch and due to this being on the side of a hill, the back part of it has grown with stems more than 2-3" wide. I had No Idea that this was of any value except that it forms tall unruly, unattractive messy bushes at the back of my property edging the huge mulched area and weed wacking it requires a power cutter while standing on the side of a hill so not many want to tackle that job. Mugwort has cost me thousands to contain. I would like to know how you handle this?

Thank you for sharing your knowledge in this video. At this point I'm trying to figure out what the difference is with the Vulgaris-Mugwort Artemisia and the Annua Artemisia. Could I buy some of the seeds from you if you are still reading these I really wanna grow this plant I have the Chinese version I smoke it for a lucid dreaming and to help me with pain relief it does work for me but I want to try this kind as well:) I also use it for my depression it really does help and I really like my plant but I want to try other types of mugwort:)
