Thanks a lot! The best part is you don't waste time. Learned a lot from you. BTW you can deploy the app to heroku and then check it on any mobile device. I did the same with my django project and everything worked fine. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, with Chrome latest version (Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)) "discover remote devices" is not working... :-(
Also, https not working on android device since it does not thrust my self-signed certificate for https !

Hi all,
I followed all steps after downloading code from given github link. Downloaded android studio and setup emulator as shown in previous video of this playlist. Using port forwarding application is running with localhost on android emulator but I never saw install app (A2HS) popup. What could be the reason of that. Any guidance would be great! Thanks for these tutorials.

I am creating PWA with cakePHP. My app is working fine(PWA workbox). But I have some problems or requirements for the app.

Can App cache be updated automatically on any app changes(text,
images, CSS, js).
In my case, I cannot define the cache version in the Service worker and cannot define the Maxagesecond method of Workbox.

I have been watching this tutorial playlist. And I have started creating a PWA project using Xampp. Can this kind of port forwarding be done with Xampp? When I use VS Coe Liver Server, and I access to my site, I see the install banner. But I try that with the Xampp server, I don't see the install banner.
If you may help me understanding the issue, I would be grateful.
