Welcome to draw tip tuesday!
Today’s tip can help you to draw every day.
Here’s what I do. I always carry a small sketchbook with me. I keep it in my bag, and whenever I have a few minutes, or longer, I take it out and draw.
Let me show you what kinds of books I use.
This is a moleskine. If it fits in your hand, it fits in your pocket or purse. Add a pen and you’re good to go. I’ve used this sketchbook on and off, doing quick sketches, writing down ideas, and doing more elaborate drawings.
If you want something smaller: Moleskine has these small soft cover sketchbooks. You can find from other brands too. They don’t weigh much, and they are perfect when you’re on the move - in public transport for example.
You could also make a tiny sketchbook yourself, like this one, This was a gift from sketchbook skool student Michele, and it’s waiting for me to fill it.
And this is the tiny sketchbook I carry around with me at all times - it was very cheap, I found it in a stationary shop - the paper isn’t of any high quality, but the book is super small and that makes it easy to dive in and fill a quick page without any pressure about time or result.
