I just started disc golfing and I’m a new subscriber. And I gotta be honest with you. I throw better with the crappy beginner set that I bought. I’m still working on my speed so I can graduate to consistent distance driving but I think I have a couple discs I will never get rid of

I've had a yellow champion boss in my bag since 2008. Not the same one...I just always replace any lost yellow champion boss with a new yellow champion Boss. My favorite disc all time

Yea champion plastic is crazy durable. It's not my favorite feeling plastic but it flies the same forever.

I have a Star Teebird that's been in my bag since '08. Flies almost exactly the same at 16 years old as it did brand new. Holds straight a little longer than she used to but never flips. I feel like a lot of star plastic does this for me; breaks in a little in the 1st month or so but then stays that way forever.

Innova molds haven't stayed the same for the last 15 years. They tend to retool some of their molds. I'd be surprised to find out that they are still using the same tooling over the last 15 years.

Watching the video I was like.. yea.. same flight... glad to see the conclusion of yours was the same... honestly half the ones that were most "different" were throw differences/errors really, but yep... I've got a 1st run tern in my bag and compared to brand new ones its basically the same. Both are champ... Its not so much an overstable thing... its really just that champ and Z type plastic changes VERY little over time...

Yep that was my first disc I thought some guy threw 1108 feet I should be able to throw it at least 5 to 600 ft 😂
Yeaaa I was so saprized when I could only throw it about 50ft

Shit mate, even my Boss from 2021 and 2024 fly different, I'd be interested to see the 10 molds from ~2010 compared to 10 molds from ~2024 and compare that data
