There is a huge difference in skill and morale between Ukrainians and Russian forces in Ukraine's favor.

Also the AFU hasn't had to carry out offensive operations in the last six months to massively draw down Russian forces.Russian command has been doing that by sending its forces without any attempt of any kind of surprise or maneuver into the strongest Ukrainian position taking massive losses as a result.

I think when the AFU does begin large scale offensive operations they will seem to come out of nowhere and the collapse of the Russian forces will be sudden and large scale.

We need to send to Ukraine more tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, artillery, ammunition, attack drones etc etc etc.

High Morale in most cases of war through history has been the deciding factor. Hopefully this will, prevail once again in Ukraine.

A correction to Mr Freedman's claim is that it'll be the clearly more capable Swedish *_CV9040_* that will make the difference, and not the Bradleys or the Marders.

We can learn from the past. I looked at how large the Aussie WWII effort was. Essentially they put 5% of there total population into the armed forces. They were a country of 8 million in 1930-40 and they put 400, 000 troops into the field. Take those numbers and extrapolate them to both the Ukraine and Russia. Of course there are other variables. Who is going to stay home and manufacture the war materials? As Russia mobilized, their ability to manufacture war material decreased. The Ukraine is fighting the same situation. The difference is the amount aid coming from the Western Allies. And just because someone is of "draft" age doesn't mean they are in physical condition to be a soldier.

Just curious why Times Radio's studio director chooses to put the camera on a person who is not involved in the conversation and is just drinking a cup of tea.

Ukraine is hitting Russian logistics again, this time in Mariupol 'shaping the battlefield' just like they did in Kherson. They seem to have long range missiles so can hit anywhere in Donbas and Zaphorizia, even down past Melitopol, and northern Crimea... so nowhere is safe now, and a lot of Russian ammo dumps are getting hit.

The dilemma is "Putin can not win the war but he can not lose it too"! It means death, destruction and suffering everywhere. Same thing happened in Afghanistan too where NATO/Europeans did the win the war but they did not lose it either. It was death, destruction and suffering everywhere.

Remember 1905; also level of casualties on Russia’s side is considerable.
Also only significant armor is Soviet era.

Without jets to protect the ground offenses, protection against Russian jets are an absolute necessity

Why aren’t fighter jets being sold to Ukraine now?

I believe you are wrong about Russia having the military of 1.5 X NATO. Not when 90% of the Russian military is already in Ukraine.
