Are you a soon-to-be mom feeling anxious about the postpartum period? You're not alone! In this video, I dive into the often overlooked fourth trimester, sharing tips and insights to help make your postpartum experience more positive and manageable.

I recently had a conversation with a pregnant friend who expressed her fear of the fourth trimester. This got me thinking about how many first-time moms approach this phase with fear, and I want to change that narrative.

In this video, I explain what the fourth trimester is (something my mom had no idea about!) and share everything I could think of that either helped me during my postpartum period or what I think would have been helpful, along with things to watch out for.

While I had a really great, positive postpartum, I want to acknowledge that every mom's experience is unique. Not all moms have the same help or the same experience, so it's important to be prepared and informed.

Here are some tips to make your postpartum easier:
- Educate Yourself
- Take Care of Yourself
- Meal Prep
- Stay In
- Rest
- Hold Off Working Out
- Go Outside
- Accept Help
- Wait to Work
- Be in the Moment

Remember, listen to your intuition and do what feels right for you and your baby. The fourth trimester is a special time, so embrace it with confidence and joy!

Did all of these things. It's been a JOYFUL experience. 3 weeks in. So thankful to God and my family.
