I drink 3 glasses of Raw tomatoe juice in a week
How do I prepare
Tomatoes some water salt & lemon for additional taste rush tomatoes in a juicer add salt & lemon at the end ! When you drink tomatoe juice specifically for smokers you will feel like your body is free & you are new!! !! just like when car engine oil is changed !

They are red fruit which belong to nitrate family.
