I have used waves centre in the past to split a signal and process anything on the sides only or just the middle. all good stuff. could put slight dips and ducks in the centre to clear room for a guitar riff or something

The stuff you did up to 8:20 I do each track individually manually each one! lol So time consuming to EQ them all, then drop their volumes to be just right and pan it left or right or whatnot after doing a high pass filter/low pass filter and all that crap. It does work okay but it was just me working it out on my own alone how to get it sounding more full, still no where near as good as anything you do! :) Plus, I prefer M/S recording style over X/Y most of the time.

i used the slick eq too and panned to left like u but i feel nor different between bybass and not by bassed

Mid side mixing is for me... I love and hate in a same time :) Love in outboard gears, hate in softwares :) Thanks for the video!

Everyone should now know there is some difference between mid and side lol. Btw do Mastering engineers really not want you to know that trick you talked about lol.
