Anyone can help me, i got my scooter yesterday and i connect my scooter to the app just fine. But for some reason whenever i want to change scooter setting on app its always says please connect to device thru Bluetooth. I check for thr newest update for scooter firware and still doesnt work. Please give me some idea 😢😢

It's the Regen brake thats causing you too not go over 20 mph down the hill.turnit off in your app and be careful lol

10 inch tires are not the normal size for this price point.
8 1/2 inches is typical.

The one I got goes 28 but for some reason on the app one day it’s said that it could go up to 32

Great job! Thank you so much. I think you should help NIU to create a better new user manual. They forget to even mention that the scooter's two cables have to be connected before it will start.
