Causation AR

This is the second lesson covering general elements of criminal law: actus reus, for Paper 1 Section B of OCR A Level course. Although aimed towards OCR A Level Law students, anyone with an interest in law will find this interesting. In this video I explore the concept of causation and the key cases that can be used to discuss the principle. At the end I look at how you can apply causation to a scenario question.
