I disagree with David Axelrod re: when the crowd started chanting "Lock him up". Hilary owed Trump or anyone NOTHING in that moment. She didn't stoke it, she stayed mute, and that for me was very gracious because if she had gone down petty road with that, I wouldn't have blamed her and would totally have been here for it.
