Basic Lamb Stew Recipe

Hi guys

1kg lamb
1/2 onion chopped
1 Tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 Tablespoons curry powder
4 tomatoes blended
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 stock pod
3 medium carries sliced
Thickening with flour 1: 4 ( 1 teaspoon flour: 4 teaspoon water ) you can also use brown onion soup

Garnish parsley
