When a person puts together Frequent resistance training, structured macro nutrients, and calories in calories out… this all does so much work a person can enjoy pretty much whatever food they like and be thin too.

to be fair about organic, the regulations vary a LOT from place to place, it's basically a scam in America but it's genuinely a better option in Europe for some items at the very least. The ecosystem matters also come into play, organic isn't just about "what's in the food", it's also about methods used in various scales that are more respectful to the soils, the crops, the waters, the surrounding fauna, ...

I don’t know, I think Dr Mike comes at things from a muscle building and performance perspective, in which he’s completely right about this. But in terms of other metrics of health, I think we’d be better off staying away from unnatural stuff as much as we can. I mean shit, a lot of the ingredients they use here in my country (USA) are banned in the rest of the developed world, that’s gotta mean something. I’m not a doctor though, just my two cents.
