Stockholm is the capital of Sweden. It has the most populous urban area in Sweden as well as in Scandinavia. 1 million people live in the municipality, approximately 1.6 million in the urban area, and 2.4 million in the metropolitan area. Small input, Astrid Lindgren did live on Dalagatan with a view over Vasaparken, I beleive she lived their for about 50 years until she died.

I am in Stockholm for the first time right now, staying in Södermalm. I absolutely love Stockholm & the surroundings. I recommend everyone to come and spend some time here. The islands around Stockholm are very intersting too. And of course Södermalm... Sooo much to discover!! So much history. And beautiful nature everywhere!! And good food and coffee.... ❤☕
