I’m planning to make a bronco ll with 5.3 engine, I was wondering how are you doing with the bronco with the 5.3 engine, what are the biggest challenges? And did you have any issues after finish it?

I don't know if it will fit your bracket or not, but a 2003-06 Silverado power steering pump with hydroboost has 2 return line fittings. Gets rid of your t fitting. I always try to reduce the number of possible leaky fittings.

Nice. Ive got napa field serviceable JIC fittings on my PS, ram and hydroboost. Higher priced but you can carry some bulk PS hose and a couple of wrenches for trail repairs. Are you planning on running the srock master cylinder? I was able to keep the factory explorer master with the hydroboost
