Well You Can't Really Build A Nuclear Bomb In Minecraft With It's Current Mechanics, The Fission And Fusion Process Needs To Take Place To Release Tremendous Amount Of Energy From The Chain Reaction, Where The Fissionable Nucleus Absorbs A Neutron And Releases More Neutrons, That Cannot Be Replicated In Minecraft With The Current Capabilities Of The Game Engine, Also The Height Limit Has To Be Dramatically Increased Because Mushrooms Cloud Could Go Upto 8km And Since One Full Block In Minecraft Is Roughly 1.8m Tall, So The Explosion Must Go Between Somewhere Around 4, 444 Blocks And That's Not Even Accounting For The Length And Breadth Of The Explosion And Not Even Talking About The Gamma Level Radiation That It Spews Which Cannot Be Replicated Accurately In The Game, So Just By Using TNT, This Is Still A Conventional Weaponry

You can compact that, make all of the rails face into the center block and only use four powered rails sloping down into the center block, the tnt minecarts only go when it’s activated and then collide into each other and explode.
