The allowances stated are inccorect... No monthly allowances of 20K for And Lease rent is paid to owner of house directly.... In hand salary would range from 68-72 without HRA based on which city u are 1 lakh toh RBI ke grade A ki bhi nahi hai in hand ... Kuch bhi..


And based on my experience as SBI PO ... It is the worst job Thankfully, I got bettwr opportunity... 35-40% SBI POs leave job within 2 years....

You get leaves which you can not use, you have to ask like beggars for leaves.

Government is paying too much to RBI, NABARD employees with only five days work. But very less salary to public sector banks with very high work stress.

The in hand salary of Deputy Manger (PO) after less than 5 years of service that too without JAIIB AND CAIIB, including all the allowances( as per the rural area ) is more than 1 lac in hand + 10k in rural/ semiurban area for leased accommodation (More than 32k in metro areas, reimbursed directly in the owner's account) + yearly approx 10k for other allowances+ free medical without any ceiling + 2k approx per day if you're called to work during off days + LTC/LFC + spectacles allowance+ mobile phone reimbursement + furniture and fixtures ( more than 2lacs excluding GST) + 30k lumpsum for each transfer apart from porter and transport Charges + entertainment allowance+ many more, all these figures increase with the designation .

Bhai mai 2nd gred teacher hu govt of rajasthan school...meri salary PO jitni to nahi hai, lekin bhai khus bohat hai.. abhi abhi 50 day ka with salary summer vaction nikal k aaya hu.

If you are looking for decent salary + leaves+zero work stress then go for govt teaching jobs there you will get all of these mentioned above currently i am working as a tgt teacher and my salary is 70k in my own state here i get 72 holidays in a year excluding sundays, cl, el and medical and being a girl i also get 2 SL everymonth. So basically i have to work for 160 days in a year 😅😅

I'm not working in a banking industry but I know how much money everyone is getting . My dad was a PO(he left BOI in 4 yrs), my wife is scale 1, my ex was also scale 1(:p) and my few close friends all are either scale 1/2 . If you're male don't choose banking unless you have a high boot licking capacity, trust me. If you're women too some extend you might get some privilege in terms of posting or working hours. My wife didn't get her hometown location being a clerical when her mother was suffering end stage dialysis and finally she had to take promotion in order to get hometown but her mother didn't survive .

I'm not demoralizing aspirants, just wanna say even if you join banking and everything looks good at the begining don't stop trying for a better job (even if the package is little less). Once you're over 32, all sort of family responsibility office responsibility will come to you .
