Yesterday night when I was meditating I let go of all the conditions I was holding myself with and I had my heart open and I felt I am the love and it was so intense that I thought my heart would explode. God is real!

I'd been going thru some "love related" things, now i think a good map for describing what is happening is a heart chakra opening. Some of what she describes ive been feeeling for a long time. Some have just been ramping up in the last years. It's that deep awareness of feeling that resonates with me. Paying close attention, but especially to feeling.

I went out for the weekend and had so much fun. It’s been awhile. Since then I feel a sensation around my chest area. I feel lighter with a strong desire to have fun and connect.
