And yet people refuse to eat fruit because "ThEY hAvE tOO MuCH suGaR"... as if fruit aren't packed with lots of other things that are good for your body! I've never seen a study that shows that fruit consumption is bad, I've only seen positive outcomes like this

Dr. (Doctor) Ken D Berry makes claims basically like ''saturated fat is great for humans'', ''meat is super great for health'', ''keto diet is great for health'', ''carnivore diet is great for health'', ''no true studies have proven a meat diet, saturated fat is bad for someone''. Are all these claims actually true or no or other?

as compared to what ? I don't think you can make a stand-alone judgment. It's better and more accurate to do a comparison analysis with other fruits and veggies or animal products.
