I'm 54. When the WNBA started I was there, wanting to give them a chance because I heard all the negativity from the "men". It ultimately didn't end up my cup of tea because it just wasn't the basketball I loved from the NBA and that should be okay. I stopped watching...now that Caitlin is there I started watching to see what they hype was about and as a by product I see that the WNBA game has really progressed and now I watch it again. So is it because of Caitlin I came back to watch the WNBA? Yes to a large degree. If it weren't for all the interest in her (Sorry, NOT Angel Reese) I wouldn't have tuned back in. But yes, I can admit I would be missing a much better product than I would have known if not for CC.

Clark has something that many talented veteran WISH they had, POPULARITY. If anyone wants to dispute that simply check the ALL STAR vote, check the arena attendance numbers when CC comes to town. Along with her popularity comes her talent as a Rookie in a VERY competitive league. If you don't think so check her season stats. The last thing I'll say is she's a TEAM player.
