For those that have not traveled into the observation of creation by the many bands of nations of North America I would highly recommend a book by Gregg Harris, how a mountain was made. It tells the story of coyote, the trickster, the creator. These stories resonate with me because they were told to humans by other species of animals. They were just as complex in thought and motive, just as self-serving or as empathetic as humans can be. Nothing superior in morals, attitude, or ego, just in higher knowledge and technological capabilities. The only other thing they were superior about was how they dealt with violence and unaliving each other. It would happen, but it was severely punished and not tolerated. They understood the physical and spiritual repercussions of harming each other. Interspecies violence of conscious beings was seen as devastatingly consequential to all, especially if it wasn't a fair fight. Destroying us though, to some of them, was akin to slaughtering animals because some still saw us as the primates they altered our DNA from/fused aspects of their DNA with. Some continued to see us as the primates we came from, as property. Some saw us as desirable mates. Some (like Enlil) saw us as an abomination because natural evolution and divine will were interfered with. And others became aware of our consciousness and began to feel it was the will of Source Creator that they came to advance our evolution, but also the will of Source to let us live and proceed as an autonomous species, more so needing guidance and protection than control. Whatever attitudes and behaviors you see amongst humans is a reflection of these beings as well.
