One thing I failed to mention here is that a parameter set for a driven dimension cannot be used in other sketches and features (e.g. in an extrude), at least not for the moment. It can only be used within the sketch that it was created in.

Finally! The lack of this feature has always annoyed me. I'm going to go try it out right now!

Nice, I was already playing around with some of the new features but hadn't tried this one yet 👍👍

This one was a "finally!" moment for many people, I think...
Congrats for the video, it couldn't be explained clearer 😃

Thank you for keeping us up to date. One new fonction that fusion could have is pattern text in sketch mode. You can pattern an extruded text 6 times, but can't edit the caracters for each single repetition.

I have missed this feature much. Glad they finally added it, and glad I saw this video, otherwise, I would assume that it still doesn't exist. Thank you!

Nice! Now I just need persistent user parameters that will always be there when I start a new project in F360

Thanks for explaining that so clearly. There was a short video from the Fusion team about this but it was very poorly explained and I came away puzzled.

Finally! Now please can we get a "pitch" option on revolves?

This is great, I hope they add some more features to parameters, like the ability to have parameters that are shared globally. I also think it would be helpful to be able to import parameters from a CSV file in user parameters. That way you could easily share design specs without having to share the exact object.

I am battling a problem for the last month and I cannot solve it. My Fusion knowledge is somewhere beginning of intermediate. Imagine shape like guitar viewed from the top. Now, I would like to rise top of that shape to be rounded. I can make a rounded shape like ball and slice/ interpolate it, but that gives me edges of the shape on different heights where contour of the object and "ball" intersect. How do I make that roundness in a way that outer edge of the body is at the same height all the way around, but top is raised and nicely curved (let's say 5% of the size of the shape) like top of Gibson Les Paul. Is there a way to do it?

There is still a bug so I can't use a driven dimension when I eliminate its unit. For example, when I have a driven Parameter 7, 5 mm and I want to make a formula with Driven_Parameter / 1 mm it becomes red when I type in the new parameter somewhere else

But we still can't use driven dimensions in other sketches and features.😢

Now I'm testing this. Everything works up to the point of applying a named driven dimension to dimension something. The input box does indeed suggest the dimension name, allows me to select it, but once selected it remains red and if I type Enter nothing changes - the dimension is not being applied. Am I doing something wrong?
