King of Saudi Arabia paying a surprise visit to the Kremlin. Shoring up a sluggish price of oil was surely top of the agenda, but there were also memorandums of understanding signed, most notably on a Saudi purchase of Russian air defense systems and with Russia's state nuclear agency Rosatom for the development of Riyadh's civilian nuclear program.
