To support public hospitals delivering residential aged care support their frontline staff transition to the new standards, the VHA has developed a series of educational videos that align with each standard along with accompanying posters aimed at raising staff awareness of the changes, building understanding of the new standards and keeping the new standards front of mind across the organisation.

Without ratio, all the standards are meaningless!

People only have 2 hands. We are not monsters with heaps of hands!

All standards are considering the residents, but none of them are considering the benefit and right for the staffs!

Aged care industries just like a good presenter but with no heart———Robot!

When my relatives going to aged care in the future, I will ask for how many staffs and residents you have rather than how good they are!

I wish the accrediting team would send more professional accountants to the aged care rather than clinical assessor!

Before you wish all the staffs to treat the resident by heart, you would have to treat your staffs by heart first!

In aged care, many of the residents definitely needs to 1:1 care if you wish them to be better. Plz spending money for them if you really love them!
