what I dont understand is how is your c30 stage 3, when to have a stage 3 you need Cat-Back Exhaust, Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC), Larger Than Stock (Typically Hybrid) Turbo, Upgraded Injectors, Upgraded MAF. From your list of mods, doesnt look like you have your car even ready for stage 3, not even close honestly. You can easily do some things like a TCV or CBV and that will get you more boost and quicker response.
