I have osteoporosis and find this story really overdone . Most of the time one is unaware of the disease . I also have severe Rheumatoid arthritis and cope very well with it. Medicine really helps.

I didn’t know about Sally’s diagnosis. I too have osteoporosis. I stopped the med I was on for it due to risk of cancer. I am going to search for alternative meds for it. Osteoporosis is common in older women.... didn't watch to the end so unless something serious happened... she's a normal older woman just avoid falling.

Love Me Some Sally !!! She is & always has been GREAT!!! I’ve got it too. BAD!!! After several broken bones & a spinal fusions it’s really become scary!!! Drs. Are constantly literally begging me to be careful & not break a hip !!! I could once jump up & do whatever needed doing & dancing the nite away while my sons band played when he was in & beyond college, ,,, now I’m worried all the time about a wrong move. It’s HORRIBLE!!! ITS PAINFUL & LITERALLY JUST SUCKS!!! I’m older too. 67. I shouldn’t have to deal with being cripple. It runs in my family also. But I too am slim with small bones, , , smoked, , , a real no no & just have never cared much for milk or milk products much. You hang in there Sally!!!

Did not know, always liked her, when she was in the "Flying Nun", had NO idea she was 19 Yrs old. I was 15 in 1967, when flying nun was airing. Wow much time passed, i am now 71 :) TY Guys lot i did not know. from SE Texas Bear :)
