I think the problem with online reviews is that people who have bad experiences tend to rate businesses more frequently than people who have had good experiences.

I looked up the "high ratio cake liquid". It's a liquid shortening that is used in cakes that have a higher sugar to flour ratio, to produce a moist and tender crumb in the cake. It also produces a silky batter and does well going from shelf to freezer and back again. It is also an emulsifier so it makes the batter come together more quickly, giving high yield bakeries time to make more product. Just in case anyone wanted to know but didn't want to look it up!

Went to the taco place in Fremont last week and the birra ramen and tacos combo was pretty darn good. My local buddy said the reputation of that place wasn't good but we went, we ate, we conquered and enjoyed.

It’s crazy that back in the day it was the Hooter’s Hotel and Casino. It was kind of a nice place to hang out but started to deteriorate as the years passed. Then OYO purchased the property.

Our daughter works in a restaurant in North Jersey. She told us that the staff goes above and beyond whenever someone is recording their meal. They even give them bigger portions. My hubby and I tried using a tripod and our phone at a place here in south Jersey. They gave us the above and beyond treatment. We might try it again.

Hooters wings are legit if you like breaded wings, as well as consistent wherever you go.

Norma, not sure if I went to any one-star eateries in Las Vegas two years ago--your reviews are the only ones I trust. That cake in the machine looks good--it might be better with a little nectar. Don't ever think your videos aren't creative--you always do a wonderful job. And, you always have nice skin! Take care!!!

I plan on staying on Fremont St. my next visit. I just eat when I get hungry when I am there.
I would go behind or to the side of the Strip.
These little hidden gems are mostly great.

The last thing I would do when I’m in Vegas is by to go to cake vending machine to get my dessert. There are so many good dessert places around Vegas. I would not step foot in Oyo let alone eat at Hooters. The hotel has bad reviews. Usually go for a slightly Higher level of eating establishment since I’m in Vegas. It doesn’t have to be sit down can be a grab and go. I really do enjoy the food courts that the resorts have been having I like the many different kinds and ethnic food, and you can pick one thing from one place and get something else different from different place.❤ Thank you Norma
