Currently using the Aeropress with your Ethiopian Beloya whole beans. Probably the nicest coffee I’ve had so far.

What setting did you use on the wilfa grinder?

I like the inverted method. It’s what I use. But using an AeroPress is neither an art or a science. Just find what works for you. I guarantee your technique will taste just as great as anyone else’s.
