Yesterday, August 27th, the Lord brought this song to mind and told me to forward it to my brother who've just been diagnosed with stomach cancer. He was a lead worshiper along with his wife years ago. Both backslid. He's addicted to weed, beer and foul language. The Lord gave me a Prophetic word for him about two years ago that involved him returning to his place of worship. He didn't comply. I believe the Lord is reaching out to him again through this song. I obeyed God and sent the link to this awesome message of God's love and willingness to forgive and receive to him. Now, I wait. 😊

This song touched me so deeply. Tomorrow my husband and I celebrate 365 days clean and sober. A horrible accident and a prescription for OxyContin took our entire life away. Hi Ashley, thank you so much for sharing the story behind "yet". I was a worship leader myself and had a similar experience when my life was falling apart because I failed my studies in medicine and later dentistry. I had no "luck" in relationships and found myself crying on my knees one night and in that moment God was speaking to me softly. I had no plan, nowhere to go, nothing to do, no "next" of whatever - but that night I felt God speaking to my heart even if I don't know anything there is always one thing: "I am still breathing.
