Last one is true plus if you applied physics you could punch someone at super speed like how the Flash does. A punch or kick at fricking MACH 4 (or even less than that) is enough to incapacitate an assailant AND if things go south you can always run away from the danger as a bonus.
Strength just don’t got that. You pack power, sure, but if it’s a fight between strong and fast, fast will win bc they’d pack the same power AND can dodge like a mfer
