Показать описание
The magnetosphere is formed due to the interaction between the Earth's magnetic field and the solar wind. As the solar wind approaches the Earth, it compresses the magnetosphere on the Sun-facing side and stretches it out on the opposite side, forming a long tail that extends away from the Sun. This process is known as magnetosphere-solar wind interaction.
