I built this today, but hadn’t seen your video. Some parts differ but I mean... it’s flying and scrying. Glad to see I’m not the only one who had this idea as soon as they say the “instead of scry, draw” ability.

You can buy a Soldevi Excavations for a land. You have to sacrifice an island, but it taps for 1U (in other words, two mana) and has an ability: 1{t}: scry 1

Siani would be pretty cool with the esper sphinx that cares about odd cmc from commander 2018.
Or even yuriko for top deck manipulation.
