Disney Cruise Line Vlog | Day 2 | Magic at Sea | Disney Magic Concierge | August 2021 | Adam Hattan

Join my friend Gary C and I aboard the Disney Magic for a three night Disney Magic at Sea Staycation cruise in a one bedroom concierge suite.

This one of a kind sailing was a new offering by Disney Cruise Line in the summer of 2021. This cruise experience includes some modified health and safety procedures, limited interactions, reduced capacity and no ports of call in-light of the UK emerging from the coronavirus pandemic. With this in mind, please note our cruise experience may differ to your own.

In today's vlog we awake in our One Bedroom Concierge Suite aboard the Disney Magic and make our way up to Cabanas for a breakfast buffet. It's then on to the Oceaneer's Club for a quick look at some of the youth activity spaces onboard.

Gary and I then meet Chip and Dale as Thor and Loki in the Walt Disney Theatre and take a pleasant stroll around the promenade on Deck 4 before a little chill session by the pool with 'dole whip' and a Pina Colava.

For lunch we pick up some Chicken Shwarma from the Duck-in Diner and retreat to the quiet comforts of the concierge lounge on deck 10. We then head to the shops on deck 4 for some retail therapy! There we share a tour of some of the merchandise on offer during these sailings and pick up some souvineirs for ourselves.

We pop back to the room for a little recoup before I then make my way to the Senses Spa for a Deep Tissue Massage. Gary takes control of the vlog whilst he draws a Disney character and meets Donald and Daisy. I then give you a review of the Senses Spa massage experience this time. I paid $109.00 (+tip) for a 50 minute deep tissue massage with a $50.00 discount from the birthday voucher left in our stateroom upon embarkation.

Before Tangled: The Musical in the Walt Disney Theatre at 5pm, we enjoy a lovely afternoon tea in the Concierge Lounge (one of the trip highlights). After the show we pop to the Concierge sun deck for a pre-dinner cocktail. We then take a little stroll around the top deck whilst the sun is setting before our second seating meal at Rapunzel's Royal Table. As the menu wasn't exactly to our liking, we return to our stateroom/suite for some room service treats and an earlier night.

I don’t usually comment on videos but I thought I had to let you know that me and my mum watch your vlogs together and she absolutely started wetting herself at Gary after the pre-dinner drinks with the rolls shifting and the dancing (I’m not sure whether he was starting to feel the double or whether that’s just Gary 😂), honestly she was wiping tears from her eyes and she said she wants to go for a drink with you two, so that offers always on the table! 😂😂 thanks for spreading joy as always <33

My husband and I did a 7 night cruise on the Fantasy in a concierge one bedroom suite and it was absolutely divine. It was a huge splurge only made possible by the honeymoon registry we did for our wedding (and our very generous friends and family) but you are absolutely right, it was perfect for a relaxing and romantic honeymoon!
