Our aim was to capture and preserve memories from various life events. This is the origin of the name "Z Roll," inspired by "B-Roll," a term rooted in the early days of film editing. Back then, editors incorporated supplementary footage, or B-roll, alongside the main content. As a result, we named our YouTube Channel "Our Z Roll," symbolizing the B-roll of our life. Given that Zachman is our last name, "Our Z Roll" holds special significance!

I believe the sauce with the meatballs is lingonberry. It's a common sauce and jam in Norway, which is why it's perfectly themed to Frozen. Next time you stop by IKEA, they have a great lingonberry jam in the food section at the front of the store.
