Another winter essential for me is Hats and Gloves. I try to stay with classics and some are even vintage hats and get loads of compliments. My cloche hat (black) is actually from 1920. Given to me by my Great Grandmother.

I don’t think you can ever go wrong with cashmere as a winter essential, be it a sweater/jumper, loungewear, scarf, hat, gloves or socks! It always makes me feel warm and snuggly with a healthy dose of luxury... and who doesn’t enjoy that in the cooler months?

I agree with everything except the delicate jewelry this time of year I think bold statement jewelry is the key. Also the white boots...I think a Chocolate or gray boots is best suited for Winter

I love white coats and thanks to you I recently dug mine out of the closet that I’ve had for years. It’s a classic trench style wool and cashmere blend - gorgeous - but I was always nervous to wear it. Love that you did your winter essentials video before black friday. Maybe not so stylish but a good woolly hat or headband is for me quite an essential when the temperature drops.
Some pieces of Missoma are on my watch list for friday, I'll keep my fingers crossed.

And I just have to say that all the winter coats you have shown look amazing. I think my favourite one is the one from Reiss, it is very beautiful and elegant and the material looks so good.
You once said in one of your videos that we are adults and when we want something, we just buy it - so we can make someone a gift by buying him or her something in which he or she doesn't usually invest in - like in something of an essential. It's unfortunate that my sister can't wear wool because I really wanted to buy her a good, luxurious scarf to enjoy year after year. A really solid plan, she is just too sensitive for wool.
